I was going to call today’s post “AmyMusings for Dummies” but Dummies sounds rude. I have bought several books written for Dummies, Etiquette for Dummies, Marriage for Dummies, Parenting for Dummies, and I have never read them because, quite frankly, I’m afraid they’ll dumb me down, the way I’m afraid watching Hoarders might turn me into a pack rat instead of frighten me into purging. I can’t afford to be dumbed down. Not with all the senior moments I have and I’m not even that old. Just…challenged.
And judging by some frequently asked questions, I am not aloooooone. So, today’s blog is an AmyMusings tutorial. Refer to it the next time you’re looking at my page and saying WTF? Not the usual WTF I get in reference to the content, but how to navigate the page.
Without further ado, here goes the first installment of “WTF Will Happen if I Click on That?”

Great tutorial. I can always count on yopost to bring a smile to my otherwise boring work day.
But how do I subscribe?!
I especially love the red squigglies under the misspelled words. Like the one I see under squigglies. See?! There it is again!

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! Wise ass!
Just for that you’re going on my blogroll.
Amy, you’re right. I actually never had a MySpace page. I wrote on LiveJournal, however, so I do understand the joy of community that can form in these venues.
I’m sorry, I don’t think I can respect someone who has a “publish this to myspace” button. (Also, I totally haven’t figured either Technorati or Blogher out yet — why on earth don’t you have Blogher stuffy things here?)
I use my “publish to myspace” every time I post. That’s where I blogged before AmyMusings and after I had a blogspot blog. I have met some awesome friends on myspace. I would drive across country to visit them. But we stick to phone calls because it’s easier. You must not have had the same experience therefore not the same perception of myspace. I lucked into a great group of people who knew great groups of people. Technorati still confuses me. And what Blogher stuffy things are you talking about?
